Development

Thanks to our expertise and our extensive portfolio of formulations and packaging materials, we ensure that every customer receives the perfect solution — including the development of exclusive formulations with all necessary documentation. Currently, our experienced chemists have access to over 1,000 different raw materials and 3,000 formulations to create new products — including natural cosmetics.

Production

In addition to our in-house development department, we have a well-equipped machinery park with high production capacity. Our automated systems enable an efficient and cost-effective manufacturing process for small to large order quantities ranging from 300 kg to 7,000 kg. Our production offerings include a wide variety of products, all from a single source!

Packaging

We are happy to reliably handle the packaging of your products in the folding cartons, sets, shipping boxes, or custom special packaging you require! For this, we offer both fully automated packaging of large production batches as well as manual packaging of smaller lot sizes.

Quality Assurance

We manufacture with the highest quality standards, fully GMP-compliant, and with 100% control from raw materials to the finished product. All products undergo continuous testing by external professionals, including throughout the manufacturing process.

Bottling

Flexible plant technologies enable us to respond quickly to individual packaging shapes, packaging sizes, and different product parameters. MAG Cosmetics offers, in addition to a wide range of standard packaging, many special formats.

Logistic

After assembling the ordered assortments, a final inspection of the packed goods ensures flawless delivery—both nationally and internationally. We have a storage area with a capacity for 750 pallets, which also includes a VbF warehouse for hazardous materials.
Fast and reliable shipping is a top priority at MAG Cosmetics, so the packages we handle leave our facility on time via postal service, freight forwarder, or parcel delivery according to customer requirements.
